db Shapriya has a standardized quality control plan as a guide to top management and site staff in general in ensuring handing over on time and to a certified right quality for projects contracted to the company.

The ultimate aim is to meet the client’s expectations as to time, cost and quality, and to meet existing legislation and environmental requirement and to comply with all existing standards, legislation and regulations that govern our work.

db shapriya firmly believes that all planned & systematic action and procedures are necessary to provide confidence that the service provided will satisfy contractual requirements for right quality.

The company’s policy requires that all senior staff involved in the physical implementation of site works, from the Managing Director down to the Foreman on site, to read and familiarize themselves with the Quality Control Plan Manual in order to fulfill the above objectives and to avoid faults and latent defects at our sites.
